Terms and Conditions for the Prize Draw
Participation in the prize draw by MindTrajour is free of charge and is exclusively subject to these terms and conditions.
Procedure of the Prize Draw
The duration of the prize draw extends from 24.04.2024 to 05.05.2024. During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the prize draw online.
Participation
To participate in the prize draw, registration on the waiting list is necessary. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw. Only one entry per participant is allowed for the prize draw. It is strictly prohibited to use multiple email addresses to increase chances of winning. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge.
Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons who reside in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland and have reached the age of 14. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. If a participant is legally restricted in their business capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required. Not eligible to participate in the prize draw are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the prize draw and employees of MindTrajour as well as their family members. Furthermore, MindTrajour reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example:
- (a) in case of manipulations in connection with access to or the implementation of the prize draw,
- (b) violations of these terms and conditions,
- (c) unfair actions, or
- (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize draw.
Prize, Notification, and Transmission of the Prize
The following prizes will be awarded: A hand-signed book by Jessica Schwarzer titled "Successful Investing with the Best Stock Market Strategies". The winners will be determined after the closing date through a random draw among all participants. The winners of the draw will be promptly informed about the prize via a separate email. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. Exchange, self-collection, and cash payment of the prize are not possible. MindTrajour will cover any costs incurred for shipping the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize. If the winner does not respond after being requested to do so twice within a period of 3 weeks, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Termination of the Prize Draw
MindTrajour expressly reserves the right to terminate the prize draw without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the orderly conduct of the prize draw.
Data Protection
Personal data is required for participation in the prize draw. The participant assures that the information provided by them, in particular first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and correct. MindTrajour points out that all personal data of the participant will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent. In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of their name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the MindTrajour website and its social media platforms. The participant can revoke their consent at any time. The revocation must be made in writing to the contact details provided in the imprint section of MindTrajour. After revocation of consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
Applicable Law
Questions or complaints regarding the prize draw should be addressed to MindTrajour. Contact options can be found in the imprint section. The prize draw by MindTrajour is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these terms and conditions.
